These are not polite wax bars. These are Alchemy Stones.
Handmade, slightly unpredictable, and very much doing their own thing.

This color combo is Fluorescent Red and Deep Purple.
Which honestly feels like loud music in a dark room.
Or lipstick at midnight.
Or that moment when you absolutely should go to bed but instead start something creative and intense.

They’re made in small batches, by hand, which means no two Stones look exactly alike. Some lean a little more red, some sink into purple, and a few clearly woke up feeling dramatic. That’s intentional. These are tools, not twins.

They’re great for mixed media work. Rubbing onto paper. Melting slightly. Scraping. Layering. Making marks that feel more physical than watercolor ever will. Perfect for when your work needs a bit of edge or attitude.

They are not ideal for classic encaustic techniques.
Traditional encaustic wax contains resin to make it harder and more durable. These Stones don’t. No resin. Just beeswax and pigment. That means the wax stays softer and more flexible, which is great for expressive work, but less great if you expect it to behave like museum-grade encaustic.

If you do want to use them encaustically, you can absolutely mix the wax with damar resin or another natural resin. That will give you a harder finish and a more durable surface. Slightly more serious. Slightly less rebellious.

Ingredients: Beeswax, pure pigments, and natural waxes.
