Old French & Italian metal tins

A small collection of old metal tins found in France and Italy - each one with its own scratches, faded colors, worn edges and little signs of a life before it arrived here.

No two tins are exactly alike. Some are decorated, some are beautifully simple, and all of them have the kind of character that cannot be reproduced in something newly made.

Use them for watercolor pans, brushes, pencils, small treasures, sewing supplies or all the tiny things that otherwise seem to disappear across your table.

They are sold as found, with age, wear and imperfections as part of their story. Each tin is chosen individually, and when one is gone, that particular one is gone.
