Art to Basic Alchemy Stones - Eco-Friendly Wax Bars!

These are my Alchemy Stones. Handmade wax bars for people who like materials that actually feel alive, slightly unpredictable, and a little bit addictive to work with.

This batch is a rich mix of curry yellow and fluorescent gold orange.
Think: warm spice, sunlight, and that weird neon glow you get when summer hits your brain a bit too hard.

They’re made in small batches, which means no two Stones are identical. Not because I’m trying to be special, but because I’m literally standing here making them by hand, like a slightly obsessed wax witch.

Use them for mixed media, layering, mark-making, rubbing, melting, scraping, drawing, or whatever kind of creative mess you’re into.

If you want to use the Alchemy Stone for encaustic techniques, it’s important to know that traditional encaustic wax includes resin to enhance durability. Our Alchemy Stones don’t contain any resin, so the wax is softer and less sturdy, which can affect the surface and texture. If you want a harder encaustic finish, you can mix the beeswax with damar resin or another natural resin. That blend will give your artwork a tougher, more resilient finish over time.

Ingredients: Beeswax, pure pigments, and natural waxes.
