Mini Granulating Palette
If you love watercolors that behave like watercolors (aka: they move, split, and do their own little drama on paper), this mini palette is for you.
This set is basically a tiny masterclass in granulation. Two shades. Two completely different moods. Both of them full of texture, depth, and that satisfying “wait… what is happening in this wash?” moment.
Perfect for sketchbooks, details, shadows, and anyone who gets slightly too excited about pigments separating.
#176 Twilight Violet
A deep, moody violet that granulates like dusk itself. It has that quiet night feeling, the moment right before everything turns dark, and it lays down these soft textured shadows that look like they were meant to be there. Use it for atmosphere, night skies, botanical depth, or anything that needs mystery without turning flat.
#147 Weathered Jade
A green that refuses to be “just green.” It granulates hard, and the earthy brown undertones rise up like aged patina on copper or moss on old stone. It has that weathered, lived in look, where the green and brown keep shifting depending on water and paper. Absolutely perfect for natural textures, landscapes, old walls, forest shadows, and mixed media layers where you want the pigment to do some of the work for you.
If you’re curious about granulation, this is an easy and satisfying way to fall into that rabbit hole.
