Tokyo - No. 266

Tokyo is orange ocher with attitude.
Warm, dusty, and slightly toasted, like the color has been sunbathing on a rooftop and refuses to apologize for it.

It granulates naturally, giving the wash a sandy, textured surface that makes it far more interesting and complex. In a light wash it turns into a soft peachy ochre. Push it and it becomes deeper and richer, like old brick, dried clay, and late afternoon light all mixed into one.

This is the color for city walls, cafés, skin tones with warmth, rooftops, pottery, autumn anything, and backgrounds where you want glow without screaming orange.

Basically: it’s sunshine… but wearing good shoes.
