The Roben-Marie Special Collection

Roben-Marie is one of those people who makes you feel like creativity is actually a place you can live in, not something you have to earn. She has dedicated her life to making art, but also to supporting other creatives in finding their way into color, curiosity, and that very specific kind of joy you only get when pigments hit wet paper.

She is also one of the most empathic and caring humans we know. The kind of person who can hype your work without making it weird, and who somehow makes you want to try again even if your last painting looked like an emotional weather forecast.

So yes. We made a collection with her name on it, because this kind of energy deserves a box.

The Roben-Marie Special Collection contains:

And then there’s the paper, which honestly deserves its own little standing ovation.

The distinctive round papers in the box are made from 20% tulip bulbs from Dutch soil. Until recently, the overproduction of a special type of tulip bulbs was destroyed, but not anymore. By crushing the bulbs and mixing them with wood-free cellulose, those bulbs are now turned into a beautiful new grade of paper. In this paper, both the brown skins and the shiny white inner part of the tulip bulbs are subtly visible, which gives the surface a playful, natural touch.

So yes, your art will be painted on actual tulips. Which feels slightly luxurious and slightly ridiculous in the best way.
