Perfectly Pink - No. 177

Perfectly Pink is a vivid, high chroma pink with warmth, and it does not pretend to be subtle. 

This is not dusty rose. This is not “romantic blush”. This is a real pink that shows up on the paper and immediately claims its space.

In a light wash it stays bright and clean, with that airy transparency you want in watercolor. When you build it up, it becomes rich and saturated without losing clarity, which is exactly what makes it so useful. You can push it hard and it still looks like pigment, not like a flat marker color.

The handling is easy and painter friendly. It flows fast, spreads evenly, and stays clear as it dries. You get natural variation in the wash, but it doesn’t go messy or dull. It also layers well, so you can build depth in petals, textiles, and accents without turning it muddy.
