Olive Granulating Watercolor is a deep, ripe olive green.
Not salad green. Not spring leaves. This is OLIVE like it actually looks in real life: slightly brown, slightly moody, and stubbornly grounded.
It granulates like it means it. The pigment separates, gathers, settles, and starts building texture on your behalf. One wash and you already have depth. Two washes and it looks like you planned something.
The color sits right between green and shadow, which makes it insanely useful. Botanicals, branches, old stone, background layers, muted landscapes, forest depth, the underside of leaves, all those places where bright green would look like you brought a highlighter to a serious conversation.
This is the green for people who don’t want cute. They want something real.
Lightfastness: 6/6 (Excellent)
