Italian Red - No. 37

Italian Red is not here to be subtle. Italian Red is here to enter the room five minutes late, wearing sunglasses indoors, and still somehow be the most charming thing in the whole painting.

This is that vivid, confident red that makes everything look more alive. Like your brush suddenly got an espresso and started talking with its hands. It is bold, warm, and slightly dramatic in the best way, the kind of red that turns a boring sketch into “okay wow, now we’re doing art.”

Use it for poppies, lips, rooftops, sunsets, cherries, vintage cars, or that one tiny detail you add at the end that makes the whole piece look intentional.
