Olive Ash & Driftwood is what happens when olive earth and mineral blue-grey meet somewhere between a forest floor and an abandoned pier and decide they’re fine together. One is warm, grounded, and slightly stubborn. The other is cool, quiet, and very much done with drama.

They look like they’ve been outside for years and picked up opinions along the way.

Driftwood is a cool blue-grey with fine granulation and tiny warm flecks that sneak in when you least expect them. In light washes it spreads into soft, drifting textures, like fog that forgot where it was going. Add more pigment and it settles down into a dense, mineral surface without turning heavy or dark. Calm, weathered, and quietly confident. The kind of color that doesn’t raise its voice but still gets listened to.

Perfect for stone, shadows, distance, old walls, and anywhere you want neutrality with a pulse.

Olive Ash is a muted olive with a dash of graphite, an earthy warmth and visible movement, like something that grew where it probably shouldn’t have. Diluted, it becomes airy and atmospheric, settling into the paper in a slightly uneven way that feels very much alive. With less water it deepens into a grounded olive tone that feels tactile and solid, without sliding into brown or anything polite.

Oxide is warm, but not friendly-warm. More like “I’ve been here longer than you” warm.

It’s ideal for moss, bark, earth, walls, botanicals, and grounding areas where color should feel earned, not added.
