Harbor & Pulse brings together two blues that do very different jobs. One stays put. The other refuses to sit still. They don’t compete, and they don’t blur into each other. One creates ground. The other creates motion.

Harbor is a deep, cool charcoal blue with a dense core, subtle granulation and a dash of graphite. In light washes it opens into textured shadows with real depth and variation. With more pigment it becomes solid and steady, almost stone-like, without turning flat or dead. Harbor has weight, but it doesn’t press down. It just holds.

It works beautifully for shadows, structure, night tones, depth, and areas where black would feel too final.

Pulse is a lighter, more open blue with visible movement and strong granulation. It spreads easily in water and breaks into flowing textures as it dries. In diluted washes it feels airy and active, full of motion. With more pigment it becomes richer and more present, but never heavy. Pulse keeps things moving.

This color is ideal for water, sky, distance, reflections, and anywhere the painting needs life without noise.
