Warranty: We stand behind our handmade paints. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, not damage from neglect. If you need to return a defective product, just reach out.

Payment Options: We use Stripe and PayPal for secure payments. For wholesale orders, contact us at hello@arttobasic.com.

Shipping: We aim to ship within 3 days, with worldwide shipping fees of EUR 9.00.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns: Return items within 30 days for a full refund, in original condition and packaging. Refunds processed within 14 business days.
Exchanges: For exchanges, contact us. Items must be in original condition. Exchanges processed within 14 business days. Out-of-stock items will receive store credit.
